Day 1:

Pretty decent first day to log. My standard meals are some sort of one-pot veggie mush. I have been getting a ton of tomatoes from the garden so the last few weeks have seen a similar lunch. I eat while working so my ability to diversify my lunch requires much of what I eat to be finger foods.
